For 6 people/ Per 6 persone. 1) Frozen crust as brisee/ (1) disco di pastasfoglia surgelata. 50 grams butter/ 50 grammi di burro. 30 grams brown sugar/ 30 grammi di zucchero di canna. 2) spoons Balsamic vinegar/ (2) cucchiai di aceto balsamico. 4) leeks/ (4) porri. Varianti (vedi foto): prova ad aggiungere il formaggio morbido di capra spalmato sopra alla pastasfoglia prima di aggiungere i porri caramellati....
