Thursday, June 30, 2011. 30 for 30 Recap. So today marks the completion of my 30 for 30 challenge. 30 minutes of physical activity for 30 days. And I just have one thing to say, 30 days is a REALLY. I started off strong ( or so I thought. Varying my daily activities so I didn't get bored. Walks around the neighborhood, stair climbing in the local stadium, aerobics. It was June 7th. Is an interesting character. He is a renowned photography, with a shooting portfolio of some pretty big icons. That's not what inspired me about him though. You see David Michael Kennedy.
