Rates/Fees - The Bartenderz

We charge by the hour, with a four (4) hour minimum. A non-refundable security deposit of $100.00 per bartender reserved is due to reserve your event date. This includes the first four hours, plus one free hour for setup/breakdown time. Final payment is due the day of the event. Payments can be made with cash, check, money order or PayPal. Any events booked within three (3) days of the event date must be paid in full 24 hours prior to the event. An event date is reserved upon receipt of deposit.

What is your hourly rate? We charge a $100.00 non-refundable deposit per bartender. This covers the first four hours, plus 30 minute free setup time. Each additional hour is charged at $25.00 per bartender. An 18% gratuity is automatically applied. Prices may vary for reservations made with less than 14 days advance notice and during holidays. Please see Pricing. How much alcohol should I order? How many bartenders will I need? We recommend one bartender per 50 people. Is a deposit required?

Figure that your guests will consume approximately one drink per hour. What to stock for your cocktail party. One 750-mil bottle (standard size) each of scotch, rum, bourbon, tequila, vodka and gin if that is practical for you. Each bottle contains about sixteen 1-1/2-ounce shots. (The same size bottle of wine or champagne contains six 4-ounce servings. One 12-ounce beer is considered one serving.). Stock enough glasses so there will be three per guest.
