August 22, 2008. If you're from Toronto you probably know who this is. Igor Kenk is being accused of coordinating the biggest bicycle theft ring in Toronto history. The local police have found over 3000 bikes in his possession. Everyone knew who Kenk was because he had a long establed 'used' bicycle shop in the popular Queen West shopping area.
