Mollie loves taking random pictures of herself, these ones are just a few of my favorites. Mollie is now almost 15 and almost half way through her freshman year at Kenai Central High School. I am so proud of her and all that she does and tries to accomplish. I'm so thinking of him. Peace out daddy - O! And put them in the garbage herself. hahaha.

Busy Day Chocolate Cake. Busy Day Chocolate Cake. Mix with a whisk in 8x8 square pan:. 1 1/2 cups flour. 3 Tbsp cocoa powder. 1 tsp baking soda. 1/4 cup vegetable oil (I used olive oil because it's what I had). 1 Tbsp vinegar, white (I used apple cider because it's what I had). Mix with wisk or spatula. Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Frost with simple frosting (confectioner sugar, milk and vanilla) or just dust with powdered sugar! Posted by Elizabeth - Skypiedesigns. A Moment of Gratefulness. This morning as Gunner and I went for a run, I was struck by how WONDERFUL life is. Right now, in this moment, I want to take time to pause and feel grateful for the love and light that fills my days. First of all, I am lucky to be home on this Friday morning because my "full-time" job where I teach kids one-on-one is only four days a week.that means I ALWAYS get a three day weekend. What a blessing in helping me balance work and home. I am so thankful that I live where I live!
