Where to find us. At The Big Blu everything revolves around the quality of the food. The same care and attention that we took in finding the right vehicle and the perfect wood-fired oven is also used in developing our menus. The Big Blu’s mobile wood-fired kitchen is incredibly versatile, with scope for a whole variety of dishes to be cooked. However if one asks most people the one dish that is synonymous with wood-fired ovens and they will say simple and delicious pizza! It seems silly not to agree!
