The Big Wine Guide. The biggest wine guide you're looking at right now! Domaine de la Janasse Cotes du Rhone Rose 2005. Rose is supposed to be a great summer wine - light, slightly tannic, and very refreshing. Most of the roses I've tried, however, taste like cheap blush. When I saw the Domaine de la Janasse Cotes du Rhone Rose I figured it was worth a shot - Domaine de la Janasse is an exceptional producer, and at $12.99 I wasn't risking much. All in all, this is a steal at $12.99. Rating: 7 out of 10.

Aside from tasting great, here a few other pluses: 1) makes a great introduction into Rose if you've never tried it before, 2) pairs with just about anything, 3) keeps for a week in the refrigerator (yes, you drink this one cold)!
