Well, after Lewis, Barfield, Greene, Waugh, Tolkien, and all the others, we're coming back around to the 1930s. Ch 1: Anthony seems to be filled with philosophical comments. I wonder where these people are. Why have Anthony and Quentin walked twenty three miles? Who would need to walk such a distance in London? Perhaps they're in Africa? Hmmm, a man mauled by a lion/ness and no wounds.
