This can serve as either a coffee cake or dessert (depending on the crowd you may be entertaining.). 1/4 c white sugar. 1/4 c brown sugar. 1 tsp ground cinnamon. 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg. 1 1/3 c. all purpose flour. 1 stick unsalted butter, melted. 1/2 c chopped pecans. 6 tbs unsalted butter, softened. 3/4 c white sugar. 1 tsp pure vanilla extract. 1/2 lemon, zested. 2/3 c sour cream. 1 1/4 c. all purpose flour. 1 tsp baking powder.
