Last week it was reported that the exceutive producer of ITV’s crime drama. Was suspended after he said there was no space for ethnic characters in what is supposed to be an “English Village”. He explains that if people were not happy with the arrangemnts of the show then it would not have been running as successfully as it has the past 14 years. Fill in the blank-.
