Water Gap Woodturners: September 2010
http://watergapwoodturners.blogspot.com/2010_09_01_archive.html
Tuesday, September 7, 2010. An apology to Joe Eid. I'd like to begin this entry with an apology to Joe Eid. He had volunteered to lead a "hands on finishing" workshop for the September meeting, and I had no idea that we'd run so late with the usual stuff. In the October meeting, we will limit the new business discussion to the following two topics so that Joe has all of the time he needs for the workshop:. He also sent me a short commercial for a new public access program that he's doing called "The Gara...

TraillWorks: The Blog: Figure Drawing at TraillWorks Ending
http://traillworks.blogspot.com/2013/02/figure-drawing-at-traillworks-ending.html
Tuesday, February 5, 2013. Figure Drawing at TraillWorks Ending. It's been a good year and TraillWorks has enjoyed offering artists of Sussex County figure drawing opportunities. After much thought, an attempt to build our audience in January and the impending changes at TraillWorks, we've decided to end figure drawing open studios. Thank you to all of the models and artists who have created a great environment in which to draw and develop a community at TraillWorks. For events and news about future plans.

Thursday, June 2, 2011. Meet fiber artist Martha C. Hall. I (Corrie), often wish I had TraillWorks' guest artists in the gallery to pick their brains about their creative process. Steve Butler Studio. Designer/Maker/Tinker. Observing. Thinking. Sketching. Making. Sunday, August 16, 2015. A busy day in the garage. Yesterday was a busy day in the garage. I glued up stock to make pieces large enough for the bench side panels. You could cut all of the joinery after the side panels are made but I find it easier to do beforehand, then I glue them together, scrap the excess glue off and sand the panels: Done'. I'm back at it today so I'll have more images soon. Be safe and be creative.
