The Scott Family: Thank You Grandma Lynne and Grandpa Tim!
http://owenscottfamily.blogspot.com/2011/01/thank-you-grandma-lynne-and-grandpa-tim.html
Monday, January 10, 2011. Thank You Grandma Lynne and Grandpa Tim! Owen spent part of his "computer money" from Grandma Lynne and Grandpa Tim in Las Vegas on a new Fireman costume. There was much excitement when the UPS truck arrived during dinner tonight! Planning a career already, engineer or fireman, that will be the question. March 5, 2011 at 2:32 PM. The Scott Family: More Snow Day!
http://owenscottfamily.blogspot.com/2011/02/more-snow-day.html
Wednesday, February 2, 2011. Quincy was digging himself tunnels through the snow and then peeking his head out! He is currently covered in melting snowballs stuck to his fur.he graciously leaves them around the house for us to step on. Julian was not crazy about being elbow-deep in snow, so we found toys in the garage instead. These pictures are great! Fresh air for all is a marvelous thing. March 5, 2011 at 2:27 PM. The Scott Family: The Particular Gladness of Lemon Cake
http://owenscottfamily.blogspot.com/2011/01/particular-gladness-of-lemon-cake.html
Sunday, January 30, 2011. The Particular Gladness of Lemon Cake. A celebration for a sunny Sunday afternoon! Jed made lemon cake with chocolate frosting (in honor of Aimee Bender's novel, "The Particular Sadness of Lemon Cake"). A good time was had by all. We even let Owen have a few candles just for fun! And yes, the boys spent Sunday in their jammies. Not a bad way to spend the day. Julian certainly can handle a spoon! Lemon cake sounds really good right now! March 5, 2011 at 2:24 PM. Owen - 4 Years Old.

The Scott Family: August 2009
http://owenscottfamily.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Monday, August 31, 2009. Julian at 3 Months. Yes, that's right. He's already holding his head up, rolling over both ways, and working on his first composition. OK, so not the last part, but really.I think he's going to be crawling any day now! We were so lucky to have a visit from Grandma Queen and Pop Pop last night! Grandma Queen has been conditioning Owen from a very young age to find her butterfly tattoo under her shirt. She was always asking him, "Where's the butterfly? Good times were had by all!

The Scott Family: Legos With Owen
http://owenscottfamily.blogspot.com/2011/01/legos-with-owen.html
Tuesday, January 18, 2011. Owen has been enthralled with Legos since at least last summer. For Christmas, we got a little Smart Car set that seemed simple enough for him to do on his own (eight steps, pretty straightforward.) Gramma Queen got him a much more elaborate/collaborative set - a sea plane. But since his first setup with me coaching, he's been dis- and re-assembling it on his own almost every day. Something like 40 steps! I have photographic evidence! We begin with a pile of blocks. Today I thi...

http://owenscottfamily.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html
Friday, January 29, 2010. Every firefighter needs a rest and a trusty blankie after a hard day at work. Every Saturday morning that we are all home is officially "Blueberry Pancake Saturday" (as many of you know). The boys have this awesome Daddy who makes custom pancakes every weekend, and he's really cultivated quite a talent! I believe the word you are searching for is.trouble. Sorry Baby J. This one was too cute to leave off the blog. Sunday, January 10, 2010. Daddy: What did you dream about? We've b...

The Scott Family: February 2011
http://owenscottfamily.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 2, 2011. How deep is the snow at the Scott house? Quincy was digging himself tunnels through the snow and then peeking his head out! He is currently covered in melting snowballs stuck to his fur.he graciously leaves them around the house for us to step on. Julian was not crazy about being elbow-deep in snow, so we found toys in the garage instead. All the neighbor kids playing in the snow! I wasn't sure the snow blower was going to make it. This snow bank is taller than Owen! This sho...
