The charity was set up to improve the quality of life, increased independence and safety of older, vulnerable and disabled residents in Cambridgeshire and Peterborough by:. Reducing fear of crime. Steve and Jeff have visited and secured the homes of 92 older residents, of these 49 were victims of crime. They also visited and secured the homes of 39 victims of domestic abuse. We had visited before after a burglary so she turned to us again for help. We repaired the gate and put on a new bolt.
