Tuesday, January 27, 2009. It had been over a month since I got some quality time with my long-distance beau of mine, so imagine my excitement when the Amsterdam weekend finally came! In addition to seeing him for the first time in the '09, I was also thrilled about seeing the historic sights and finally, FINALLY fulfilling my life-long dream of going to the Anne Frank House. The weekend was fantastic and I have decided that the 'dam is definitely up there on the list of "My Favorite European Cities!

This weekend was fun-filled (if you call holding a garage sale in 100 degree weather fun)! 160;After the garage sale to get rid of my "junk," my mom and I freshened up for the Austin Middle School Going Away BBQ. It was great - I miss my old buddies (but definitely didn't miss he-who's-name-shall-not-be-mentioned). Susan and Kathryn held a fantastic bash and gave me some cute gifts to remember Texas by. Monday, December 15, 2008. Christmas Markets in Basel. Enjoy these pictures from my latest travels in Switzerland. Tuesday, September 30, 2008. Swiss Cows, Surprises, and Fun Euro Trips. So I can’t quite figure out what makes Swiss cheese so yummy and what makes milk from a Swiss cow last so long. Friday, August 14, 2009. Brighton and Kew Gardens. Eason took 2 days off this week to show me around. We started off with heading to the coast of England to a place called Brighton on Wednesday. Then Thursday we went down to Kew Gardens, the biggest botanical garden in the world. It celebrated its 250th anniversary this year! That place is beautiful, just like the beautiful couple that visited it! Way to start back on the blogging! Bekah will get her tour of europe through your blog! This is the life.
