The Brashers: Reflections and Revelations. Saturday, November 1, 2008. Yep, we got ourselves a new dog. Her name is FiFi the French poodle! I think Ann Clayton actually liked her costume. It didn't seem to bother her a bit and she stayed warm! We visited all the grandparents (Puff, Pappy, Manina and Grumpy) and trick-or-treated to a couple of our neighbors' houses. We had very few trick-or-treaters, but Ann Clayton was ready and waiting to give them their candy! Hope everyone had a good time.

The Brashers: Reflections and Revelations. Monday, December 29, 2008. Christmas was wonderful in our home! On the Tuesday before Christmas day, we went to the doctor for the “big ultrasound,” that is, we found out whether we are having a boy or girl! A friend gave us the idea to have the nurse write it inside a Christmas card to open on Christmas day. What a fun idea! We waited until 11:00 AM on Christmas morning when all the family was present and we opened it to find out that we are having another GIRL!

I will continue to try! Obviously I am not a real " fisherwoman. Because I don't want to. Touch them, nor do I take them off the hook! This is Bobby's (my fish getter-offer- and that is a technical term for those of you who aren't fishers) big fish. Of course he has some goofy look on his face.as usual!

Brewer just happens to be in the 1% of the population that has unequal pupils, so nothing to worry about! But, the opthamologist did notice that he is already developing astigmatism. Oh well, no biggie.just means glasses at some point. It is so amazing to me that they can tell that so early. I think kids with glasses are so cute! Although, I am sure it is a booger trying to get them to keep them on!

I knew we had to hurry up and get it done before he could walk up there. It was all so nice. Wilson and Joan drove over from Atlanta and Ms. Wanda and Bug came too.
