Sunday, 5 May 2013. My Brompton and Coffee. The two things that, if I dare confess I am a bit of a "Raincoat" with, are my Brompton bikes, which are as follows:. My 1999 Cobalt Blue M6R. POPPY - My 2009 Matt Black M3R with 12% reduced gearing for the hills, (I loathe and detest hills, more about that on another post). My 2012 Raw Lacquer H6R, (My favourite bike). My 2012 Racing Green/Sage Green H6R. (This is actually Mrs Badgers bike , but I do all the maintenance/cleaning on a very regular basis).

We have just received the rider pack for our first charity ride of 2015, The Thames Bridges Ride. On the 10th May 2015. We will be doing the “Classic Route” that takes on 16 bridges, covers 34 miles (with 2 rest stops) and starts in Southwark Park and finishes in Hurst Park. July 29, 2013. Bethpage to Jones Beach. My first long trip on “Lizzy”. Bethpage State Park to Jones Beach and back. A distance of just over 28 miles.
