Ever since ex-President FVR folded-up the sleeves of his barong to appear more like a hands-on President, wearing the sleeves folded up has been an acceptable thing in the workplace. First, unbutton your cuffs. Flip the cuff over, then pull it up toward the elbow, smoothing it as you go. Stop when the cuff is just above the elbow. Leave the rest of the cuff visible, so that it peeks out of the roll.
