Even when I’m not consciously thinking about something that makes me sad, I still feel my chest tighten, my throat constrict; it feels like my whole world is falling apart again and I don’t know what to do to salvage what is left. I cant tell if I’m having an anxiety attack or if I’ve not been good to myself lately. It all feels the same. Me not taking care of myself=me panicking over something non existant. I do know what triggers it though.
