Friday, October 19, 2012. Yesterday Ellie's class went on their first school field trip to the WSU orchard, Tukey Farm. I was lucky enough to get to go and it was fun to put faces to the names that Ellie chats about at home. The first highlight of the trip was the bus ride. Tuesday, August 30, 2011. Last One's First Day. Sophie was so excited to go to school today! She wasn't nervous or timid. She walked right into the Kindergarten playground and played with her friends. When it was time to go into her classroom, she just walked right in and hung up her backpack. Friday, September 9, 2011. I only let the kids have a "friend party" at 5, 8, and 12 (cause I'm mean that way). Someone in our ward is starting a party planning business and I totally asked her to do it, since parties ain't my thing. The theme was "Fairy Garden Party" and I cannot rave about Jamie Coe. Thursday, April 14, 2011. A Very Merry UNbirthday! After our return from Las Vegas Ellie was feeling very left out of the birthday scene. Thursday, July 28, 2011. Ellie and Cooper were quite content during the parade as long as Coop had food and Ellie could see. Friday, October 19, 2012. I can't believe I haven't blogged in over 2 months. Our lives have changed drastically in that small time span and we are finally adjusting to it all. We have a big family vacation planned for the 1st week of November and I hope to be totally caught up by then. Post should be happening daily and they may be out of order so it will be a huge surprise each day!
