Our burgers are made. The Burger Place has been serving delicious food to Winnipeg for 29 years! First opened in 1987 by John Siates until 1996 when it was bought by Gus Vailos. It changed hands again in 1998 and was bought by the Kostis family. Currently owned and operated by Andy Kostis since April 2016. Our french fries are hand-cut daily using only the best Manitoba Russet potatoes. We use up to 5000 pounds of potatoes a month. Our french fries are. Some of the best food in Winnipeg. True story.
