Enjoy the flavors of Mexico and the American Southwest. I went to the cactus a couple of nights ago. The weather was not that great, so we sat inside. Our server was Jessie. She had a lot of knowledge about the food and margaritas. She was also fun to have as our server. We had the rojo verde enchilada and the snapper that was on special.
