Tuesday, May 18, 2010. The cool thing is, he has two reels of the film, one in French only and one in French with English subtitles so he brought the reels with subtitles just for us! We stopped along the side of the road for a quick lunch. When I say side of the road I mean it, we just pulled off to the shoulder like in Mexico. Here's the trailer to his film,. Vivre, jusqu'au bout. It translates to Living Until the End. Elaina and I were really impressed with the film and thouroughly enjoyed it. We were...

Monday, April 20, 2009. This past weekend Elaina and I went to the Long Beach Grand Prix. I have been going pretty regularly for the past 10 years or so but this was Elaina’s first year. We made it a co-ed race weekend so it was Elaina and I, Jerry, Jakki, Matt and Leanne. My buddy Marshall from work hooked us up with free Saturday tickets. Can't beat $free.99! First group shot, we're not burnt red yet and we're still smiling. (Me, Elaina, Matt, Leanne). Leanne, Matt, Jakki, Jerry). All in all it was a g...

Friday, February 20, 2009. I’m a Baking Fool. Makes it so easy. In the spirit of Valentine’s Day I baked red velvet cookie sandwiches with cream cheese frosting filling. It was my first attempt at homemade frosting. I found it so easy to make and it tastes much better than store bought. My girlfriend Tiffany gave me her recipe for her homemade frosting. Next time I’m going to try hers and make chocolate frosting! Girl's Night for My Momma. Next… the wedding in Vegas! Wednesday, February 11, 2009. Gifts: ...

Tuesday, June 16, 2009. Wedding Party Taste Off. It’s been a while since our last entry, so here’s what’s been going on. As our wedding day approaches we wanted to have a night to where our entire wedding party could come together and really get to know one another. So Elaina and I decided that we should have a wine tasting party. All the while the wedding party would be interacting with each other and getting drunk at the same time. Here are most of the bottles, we ended up having about 16 bottles total!

Thursday, February 25, 2010. Wedding photos are in and open for viewing! A big THANK YOU to our photographers Holly and Donny for capturing memorable art of our day. They were nothing short of great, we can't praise them enough for all the work they did. They were our 'calm' when times felt a little too overwhelming. We appreciate our photos and the both of them. Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Monaco - Champagne Wishes and Caviar Dreams. So we finally arrived in Monaco, I couldn't wait to get off of the train and see the town that I've been watching on television for years. I was hoping it would live up to my expectaions. Here we are walking down the hill from the train station. Only on the way BACK at the end of the day we realized that there was a moving sidewalk that took you all the way up the hill back to the station. Next time I guess! Monaco is hosting the Monac...

Friday, March 19, 2010. My friend Vins picked us up from the airport in Paris. I met Vins while vacationing in New York City years ago. Since then we've kept contact. About 5 years ago Vins came to the US with some friends of his that were in a band, The Hellbats http:/ www.hellbats.com/. Here's "our" new kitchen. It may look small but it has everything you need in a kitchen. OUR view of the city from OUR livingroom. View of the Eiffel Tower from the bathroom. Step 2: Figure out the subway. This church i...
