OK, so it’s two weeks since my last post, but I found a plan and it only started this week so I had a week of fiddling around. I did a couple of short runs, including some intervals on the treadmill, but didn’t get round to a long run. I did complete two more half laps so I don’t feel too bad. Thursday, October 31, 2013. Halloween Party and Trick or Treating. This year for Halloween we had a party at Imago Dei for the neighborhood kids with games and food. I manned the ring toss and managed to give out a fair amount of candy. After the party it was time for some Trick or Treating. Hayes was a pirate and Max went as the Cake Boss.
