It would not allow me to access my blog. But for Christmas, my wonderful husband, his name is Rick (just in case you were wondering) bought me a new touchscreen laptop. Our Happy Family= Rick, Erica, Sofia, Eva, and Oliver. Thursday, July 09, 2015. During the summers, Phoenix goes through 4 months of 100 plus degree weather. It's difficult to enjoy the outdoors, so me and the girls escape to Chicago/Wilmette for 2 of those hot months. Here we get to ride our bikes, play outside, go on our downtown excursions, and most importantly, spend time with family and friends. Girls have grown a lot, which meant new bikes! Friday, July 31, 2015. Cub scout camp - June 29 - July 3. The kids attended Camp Oakarro, a cub scout camp in Wadsworth and I joined in as a counselor for their group. Here are all the campers from Pack 60. Unfortunately, they had to divide our pack into 2 groups. This was our group - Caroline, Katie, Austin, John, Clayton, Nick (from Pack 60), and 3 other boys - Brandon, Keioki, and Johnny. The group on "bring a friend" day. The campers got to do some really fun activities. A cool, rustic obstacle course.

Wednesday, July 29, 2015. All three kids attended Springhill camp at Christ church this year. The weather was a bit cool/rainy again, but I think they still enjoyed the activities - lazer tag, tie dye shirt-making, gaga ball, water slides, a climbing wall, trampolines, and a slew of other games and activities. At the end of camp, the counselors identify a certain characteristic or virtue that each camper displays and read a Bible verse that goes along with it. Caroline got the virtue of integrity.
