Ian Cargill's VMWare suggestions. Image 1 is how my VMWare is now. I prefer to have the Toolbar showing at the top, but note that icons and tops of programs disappear underneath it. This is a nuisance. In particular, programs open windows at the top of the screen. I have no control over this, and have to temporarily hide the Toolbar just to get at them.
