Thursday, April 5, 2012. On March 9th we had our first ultrasound. The baby looked great and let us take some fun pictures. Unexpectedly, we were able to find out at only fifteen weeks that it is a little boy! I will attempt to post some pictures here soon. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Josh and I have been married for two wonderful years. Two days after our second anniversary we welcomed our son Blake into the world. Monday, September 24, 2012. We were priviledged to have four generations of Josh's side of the family with us last weekend and we captured the moment with this picture. In the back are Josh's parents. In the middle Grandma and Grandpa Mummert (Cheri's parents) are on the left and Grandma and Grandpa Carvalho are on the right. Josh's brothers and sisters are in the front. Blake is growing like a weed! Here are some other moments from week 2: Sleeping and Thinking. Getting ready for bed in the sleepy sack.

Tuesday, January 22, 2013. 4 Months Old Already! At Blake's 4 month doctor visit he weighed 15lbs 3oz and was 25 inches long! He got a lot longer the past two months but not much heavier. He went from the 85th percentile in weight and the 18th percentile in height at month two to the 5oth percentile in both weight and height at month 4. Other than that he is growing well! So far this month he has been exploring everything with his hands and mouth. If he can get his hands on it, into the mouth it goes!

Tuesday, January 22, 2013. We went to a fun New Year's Eve party at some friends house. They had a cozy house with a roaring fire and plenty of fun games. Such a good time! Carson decided not to sleep while we were there though, little stinker, so we had to leave early because we all were just so exhausted! Carson got to ride on the 4 wheeler, he loved it! And he really enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner. It was his birthday! We are so Thankful for our wonderful family! Both our little family and our extended families.
