Chicken enchiladas with green chili sour cream sauce. 10 soft taco shells. 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken. 2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese. 3 Tbsp. butter. 3 Tbsp. flour. 2 cups chicken broth. 1 cup sour cream. 1 (4 oz) can diced green chillies. 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. D from So Tasty So Yummy. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts. 1 (20 oz) can pineapple slices, drained and juice reserved. 1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped. 3 tbsp soy sauce. 2 tbsp brown sugar. Juice of one lemon. 1/2 tsp ground ginger. 2 tbsp corn starch. 4 Serve chicken breasts over rice or shred the chicken, place back in the crock pot and serve on rolls.
