So we definitely had to take our first annual trip to the pumpkin patch! Sorry - the pictures have no relation to the pumpkin patch, but they were too cute not to include). I haven't made a purchase I've been this proud of in a long time.maybe even years. I was on a mission to find a hat for Chams, jr. to sport on our little family getaway to the lake when I spotted these puppies.last pair, on sale at Target. It's seriously the best $3 I've spent. Let me just say the site of Chams, jr. in them makes my heart so happy. Needless to say, he had them on for at least half of our trip. I laughed every time I put them on him. Chams and I also caught a few rays during naptime.

Tuesday, July 8, 2014. Our second adventure included a trip to The Florida Aquarium. We did this on July 4th. They had plenty of activities planned and stayed open late for the fireworks show. It really was a great way to spend the 4th away from home. We also took Sawyer on a dolphin cruise. We weren't able to see any up close, but we did spot them playing near an island. Boarding for the dolphin cruise. Of course, baby came along! An alligator up close! Great way to tour! Checking out the sharks!

Pleasant Children's Day Festival.the weather was perfect, Cole loved walking around and checking everything out and mom and I had fun too! This will be even more fun for him when he's 2 or even 3 and can jump in all of the jump castles and take part in all of the kiddy activities. We then came home and had a Fowler Family Cookout at our house.very nice evening!
