Monday, December 20, 2010. Delicious Cranberry Orange Delight! Keeping in the Christmas spirit, I decided to take the time to make this marvelous recipe from Dorie Greenspan's book "Baking From My Home to Yours." It is a bit time consuming to make the fresh cranberry and orange jam from scratch, but it is so worth it! I also served this warm with Madagascar vanilla ice cream, and it made the flavors pop! Friday, December 24, 2010. Celebrating National Eggnog Day! This morning my sister, Chrissy, got up and decided to make these " Easy Holiday Eggnog Muffins. From a recipe she found on the King Arthur Flour website. They were really quick to make and quite delicious! While these pretty little muffins were baking in the oven, she saw that someone tweeted that today is actually "National Eggnog Day." Strange, right? Thank you sis, for the yummy treat!
