The Tale of Two Preemies: Spring has Sprung!
http://twopreemies.blogspot.com/2014/05/spring-has-sprung.html
The Tale of Two Preemies. Life on the farm with two boys. Monday, May 12, 2014. Spring has finally arrived! Pat has been busy digging and planting corn. We haven't seen much of him in the last few days. Spring also means baby chicks! We moved them out of their tub into a plastic calf hutch. We can't let them roam, or they will become really expensive dog treats, so we have an area penned off where they can roam and 2 hutches for shelter. It works well. She tries to pick them up and then squeals at them.

The Tale of Two Preemies. Life on the farm with two boys. Friday, June 28, 2013. The Last 4.5 Months in Bullets. So I've been busy. A few days after I broke my arm, my sister and 6 kids (3 of hers and 3 friends) traveled up for spring break. Shelby turned 1 on Good Friday. She wasn't walking then, but is now. The only time she is still is when she is sleeping. She's also a climber. I caught her one morning trying to scale the refrigerator. She is constantly busy, but she's happy. Cole finished up Kinderg...

The Tale of Two Preemies: Shelby Turns Two
http://twopreemies.blogspot.com/2014/05/shelby-turns-two.html
The Tale of Two Preemies. Life on the farm with two boys. Tuesday, May 6, 2014. My baby turned 2 at the end of March. We had butterfly cake,. She opened presents and got lots of activity books. She even got her very own Strider and a new helmet. I think holding her baby cousin was her favorite, though. She's my snuggler, my troublemaker, and everything in between. Life is never dull when Shelby is around! We love you, Shelby Kay! And she has the perfect little piggy tail to match her cute smile.

The Tale of Two Preemies: August 2013
http://twopreemies.blogspot.com/2013_08_01_archive.html
The Tale of Two Preemies. Life on the farm with two boys. Sunday, August 4, 2013. The County Fair, Part 2. On Thursday we showed up for the show, minus the white pants, which apparently is a thing for showing dairy that my husband informed me of 30 minutes prior to show. Probably a good thing, I would have spent months searching for white pants in a boys 6, had I known. The show went fine. There were 5 cloverbuds that participated. Talking with the judge. http://thehawkinsongang.blogspot.com/2010/06/happy-birthday-sweet-sweet-boy.html
Saturday, June 5, 2010. Happy Birthday Sweet, Sweet, Boy! Today we are celebrating Jonah's 3rd Birthday. We had his party last night. I was so happy! I finally figured out half way through the night that I was not just happy that it was Jonah's special day and he was having such a fun time. I was so happy to see the "terrible two's" move behind me. I know it sounds horrible and I know I shouldn't wish time away.but MAN, THAT WAS HARD! It makes me soooo HAPPY! I think we have a really fun year ahead of us!

The Hawkinson Gang: Party, Party, Party
http://thehawkinsongang.blogspot.com/2010/06/party-party-party.html
Sunday, June 6, 2010. Party, Party, Party. This weekend was a party weekend. Friday night we had Jonah's birthday party. I felt so bad b/c I did not have anything very exciting planned. I sent out an email last week inviting a few of our good friends here. Then. I tucked it in the back of my mind. When Friday morning got here I started to stress. I made a desperate call to my teenage neighbor. She came right over a SAVED ME! Everything was SO YUMMY! The party was really cool. VERY ORGANIZED!
