The hot weather is upon us and with it the end of winter greens. Harvested, shared, blanched and froze the turnips. The mustard began to suffer the Florida heat (80F) and sun, so that too went by the wayside. Cabbage, the winter remnants. The cabbages are well on their way. And Potatoes- all planted from scraps. Who knew? A bed of potatoes from scraps- who knew?
