Er zijn maar weinig voedingsmiddelen met een zodanig rijke en intrigerende geschiedenis als cacao en chocolade. Een chocoladefontein werk als volgt:. In de basis van een machines zit een motor en de verwarming. Het bassin op de machine wordt verwarmd waarna er vloeibare chocolade in gedaan kan worden. De kolom met de schotels bevat een wormschroef. De schroef brengt de chocolade omhaag waarna deze via de schotels weer naar beneden stroomt. Wij gebruiken uitsluitend topkwaliteit Belgische chocolade van de firma Callebaut. Er is keuze uit pure, melk of witte chocolade. Naar wens kunnen we ook andere smaken en kleuren leveren. De chocolade is van een speciaal type dat goed vloeibaar wordt in de fontein. Het fruit betrekken wij via Tuinderij Vers B.V. Uit Brielle. Dit bedrijf snijdt en verpakt het fruit speciaal voor ons en werkt volgens HACCP en BRC normen.

The roof of the farmhouse is now covered with solar panels and Miloo (the horse in the picture) is now grazing in a field we planted with horse grass just for him but otherwise it looks pretty much the same.
