Today I learned the worst thing while running with a dog is a decomposing deer thrown in the ditch on your route. And more terrible…are 2 decomposing deer in a ditch a long your route! I had to almost. Choke Nyla with her collar to keep her from exploring them. Thank you DOH. Job well done. 86 days left….

I’m thinking 2 days of not running is 1 too many. I had started this thinking I wouldn’t run on the weekends to give my body a break. Today I ran the hardest and worst run yet. It was even on a treadmill! So from here on out, exercise 6 times a week. Or else my suffrage be more! I ran 1.03 mi. In about 15:20min. 86 days ...

There’s a pinterest quote floating around the “exercise motivation” search that says:. 8220;No matter how slow you go, you are still lapping everybody on the couch.”. However…I ran 1.37mi. in about 17 min. Average pace over 12 something/mi. A little slow, but at least I’m not on the couch! No matter how slow you go.
