Over the river and through the woods. Rebecca and Great Grandma, Thanksgiving 2009. We're headed to Redding in T-8 hours, to go and visit Joey's 92-year-old grandmother. Tomorrow is also the birthday of my mom and Joey's mom. Short story- Joey grew up thinking his mom's birthday was 2/14, and I grew up thinking my mom's birthday was 3/10. The 2 moms got to talking several years ago.and discovered that (due to some mis-recordings and lunar calendar) they are actually. But what I am most thankful for this ...

Did you happen to read the comment my cousin-in-law Gina left? Wyatt: rebecca's my cousin. Charlotte: no, she's mine. Bridge (the eldest): no she's all of ours. Wyatt: no she's mine, hmph. If only every day could be so lovely. I have to leave bright and early tomorrow morning to catch a flight. So naturally, I am blogging instead of packing. I'm on vacation mode again, and looking forward to this 4 day weekend. We're heading up to Portland, my hometown, where Joey's been invited to speak at ROC church.

so happy together...: Amelia, 19 Months
http://joeyandsarahoh.blogspot.com/2012/11/amelia-19-months.html
Amelia, 19 Months. I need to remember more. My "baby" isn't such a baby anymore. Some recent photos, and some developments:. We weaned her off her binkie @ 18 months. She was so attached to that thing, it took about 3 weeks for her not to look for it anymore. And we had to sleep train all over again. Is such a jang-nahn-koo-rugee (there isn't a great English equivalent for this). She loves to joke and play and laugh. Fights with her sister all throughout the day. But loves her to death too, and copie...

About 10 1/2 weeks pregnant. So far, so good. I'm less nauseated than the first time, just exhausted. Baby's due in April, so R and baby #2 will be 22 months apart. If it's a boy, Joey already has a name picked out.=). Home is where the heart is. What is the baby doing these days? Is the most popular question lately. Just started, thank you very much. 9/14, to be exact. I've made a habit of counting the number of steps she takes.and she went up to T-W-E-L-V-E. I was so proud! And what does she say?

so happy together...: November 2010
http://joeyandsarahoh.blogspot.com/2010_11_01_archive.html
For many reasons, Joey and I were on survival mode during the month of November. We're so glad it's December! Our nanny went to China for a month, and my sister came to watch baby for 3 1/2 weeks. She stayed home every day of those 3 1/2 weeks. I told her that it would drive me crazy. She sent me 20-30 pictures of the baby every day at work. I miss this. They had good times together. R learned to say "Ahmoh" (eemoh). R loves you. She still calls for you in "your room.". Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
