Sometimes when I'm sitting at my desk I have moments where I exercise unbelievable feats of strength, such as a few moments ago, when I was leaning back with my legs against my desk. I noticed that by adding a little pressure with my legs it took hardly any effort to move my giant desk forward. But of course I didn't want to spend all day moving a desk, so I scooted my chair back up and got back to work.
