Tuesday, September 11, 2012. Wow, what an eventful few days I have had! Chris and I took a small getaway up to Sedona, which I recommend everyone do. It is so beautiful up there and something about the air is magical! There is so much to do, hiking the trails, shopping, jeep tours, helicopter tours, etc. It's amazing :). You can use what ever veggies you would like to in this soup! Here are the veggies I used! 4 Stalks of Celery-Chopped. 4 Bottles or Boxes of Chicken Broth (you can even use chicken bouillons to make the broth). Salt and Pepper to taste. Salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and let simmer. Stirring occasionally until the veggies are soft. After it is done cooking you could throw a bit more salt and pepper in however you'd like it to taste. Serve and enjoy! Allison @ Note To Self.
