The Brigade Council is the board of directors and oversees the administration and policies of the Brigade in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Council is responsible for Brigade finances, the CLB Armoury and the Quartermaster’s Stores. It’s chairman is the Governor and Commandant and he is the most senior officer in the Brigade. The Parish of The Holy Innocents. Church Lads' Brigade (C.L.B.). CLB (Church Lads' Brigade). Is a youth organization which, since 1892, has operated within the Newfoundland and Labrador Dioceses of the Anglican Church of Canada. It is open to boys and girld and members of all faiths and backgrounds and is operational mainly in the Eastern Diocese of Newfoundland and Labrador.
