The Cob, Polzeath. Bedroom 1 has a king-size double bed which faces floor-to-ceiling double doors. The doors open out to views across the garden and fields with the crooked spire of St Minver village church in the distance. Bedroom 2 has a raised double cabin bed with room underneath for a small single mattress (a den suitable for small children only.). WC bathroom with a shower over the bath. Kitchen and breakfast bar equipped with washing machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, cooker and hob.

The Cob, Polzeath. The grounds of the old farmstead of Treglines extend to over one acre and The Cob shares use of the large traditional walled farmstead garden with uninterrupted views across the valley to St Minver Church. Inside the walled garden there is a trampoline (to be used at your own risk) and to the front of The Cob there is plenty of room to have a BBQ and sit outside on the table and chairs provided.
