Collier Party of 5. Wednesday, July 22, 2015. I've been taking lots of pictures on my phone lately.but not too many on the camera. So, here's the latest from my phone :)! Atley was looking too cute for church on Saturday, so I snapped a few pictures. Sunday afternoon, we decided to head to Scheels in Springfield. Getting ready to bowl. The obligatory- sit in the bear chair- photo :)! Some pictures from playing around the house! She had a blue popsicle. I would pick him as my partner any day :).

Collier Party of 5. My goal for Photo Friday is to work through a checklist. Of 50 photos to take. Your children. It was designed to get us moms in front of the camera, instead of being behind it all the time. Since there are 50 photos to take, it will take 50 weeks to work through it (I hope). Collier Party of 5. Saturday, January 31, 2015. Ethan had his 100th day of kindergarten yesterday. 100 days of kindergarten is a big deal :)! He made a project for it and I was able to go help out in his classroom for their celebration. It was a fun afternoon! We talked about a lot of different things he could do for his project. Collier Party of 5. Tuesday, May 26, 2015. It was a full and busy weekend around here. And we really didn't leave the house! I had a work weekend planned and that's what we did! We had some fun too! Jared started by pulling out some overgrown, ugly landscaping. I didn't take a before picture, but there were LOTS of weeds and 3 pretty big lilac bushes. We replaced it with 1 lilac bush, 3 variegated grasses and (not pictured) 5 creeping phlox (ground cover). Oh, and lots of mulch! It looks so much cleaner.

Collier Party of 5. Monday, March 30, 2015. Atley is 6 Months! Atley Jane is 6 months old today! The time keeps going faster and faster, it seems! She is such a joy. And we can't imagine our lives without her. We love you baby girl! A few things about sweet Atley at 6 months. She is sitting all by herself (with pillows near by). She nurses 5 times a day with cereal in the evenings. We plan to move cereal to the mornings and add a veggie in the evening very soon. She is very grabby! She is so so slobbery!

Friday, August 14, 2015. Life lately has been a bit hectic, but in the most welcome ways. We are enjoying what is left of summer and spending time with friends and family. We don't have any trips planned until mid-September, so for now we're going to enjoy life in the metro-east. In other news, we finally put a new roof on our house, so that task is complete and now on to some more exciting chores, like painting our shutters and doors! Tuesday, December 28, 2010. We hope you all had a wonderful Christmas! We had a very blessed day! We started our Christmas activities with the First Christian Church Christmas Eve service! We were a little late for service, so we sat in the balcony, in the very last row! I believe we will arrive at church a little earlier next year! It smelled really bad! Wednesday, November 30, 2011. The flower girl and ring bearer. We headed to Indianapolis a couple of weekends ago to celebrate the union of marriage with Kim and Michael. They had a beautiful wedding and Natalie and Adam were in the wedding! They did a great job. Yeah, I know she looks way older than 7! Its just that quirky personality of hers that shines through! Aug 11, 2015. I walked into the store the other day and an elderly gentleman says to me, Is it hot out there? I smiled and said Yes, it is! He then says to me in his lovely Midwest accent, Yeah, its always humm-ed in Missoura. I smiled again because I had no idea what he was talking about because I didnt know what the word humm-ed meant. As I thought about it a few minutes later, I realized he was saying Its always hUmid in Missouri! Gotta love the accents! Its sorta cute :). Moving boxes is exhausting.
