Sunday, June 30, 2013. Baby Womack is a Girl! Dane and I went home in June for Dane to attend Annual Conference. We left Friday night, stayed the night with Beth in Nashville, and headed home to Arkansas on Saturday morning after breakfast at Noshville with the Hambricks. Our parents hosted a fun gender revealment party for us at Mom and Dad's house! It was great to see our parents. Ross looking handsome. He loved the party. Loved the pom poms. Reid and Angie came over early to help with the preparations.

Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Spouse Group Hike and Hambricks In NC. A few weekends again we headed out on a hike with the Duke Div Spouse Group at the Eno River. It was a small group because it was a Saturday morning during break between Spring Semester and Div summer internships. We all brought picnic lunches for after the hike. Sunday, August 25, 2013. Edith's Cave City Shower. I love these girls! Edith got several great books! She is going to be a reader. There was a large pile of beautiful presents! We received several personalized items including this picture board from Tim and Karen Palmer. Beth was a big help as she recorded all of the gifts. Among many other things that we already received, my parents got us a birth-5 Baby Book. It is precious and we are ready to fill it with memories. Aunt Wanda helped with the shower!

Thursday, April 12, 2012. Last weekend was a much needed restful weekend. Dane and I ate at Chili's on Friday night and then we watched 2 episodes of the best drama ever on televsion - Friday Night Lights. Saturday morning we slept in late and then went to breakfast at my personal favorite Cracker Barrel. Yum. Then we headed out for a hike at the Eno River. Friday, September 27, 2013. Dane and I have been blessed with 3 beautiful showers in North Carolina starting with our shower at Bethlehem UMC in Climax, NC where Dane is serving as Field Education Intern. Dane was placed at Bethlehem this summer and requested to continue to serve there during the academic year. The church hosted a beautiful shower for us on Sunday Sept 8th at 2pm. Monday, May 27, 2013. Dane and I are very excited to welcome our first baby this October! We found out in February and shared the news with our parents and siblings right away. We went home for a wedding that month and we were so excited to hug our parents and celebrate in person. We spread the news to our extended family and friends at 11 weeks on April 2nd. I took a few extra pregnancy tests. My parents came to visit for Easter and took some fun pictures of us. Here is our sweet baby at 18 weeks. :).

Sunday, September 30, 2012. August and September 2012. Corey graduated from FSU film school the week before we got home. We are very proud of him, and we were glad he was able to be at home while we were there. I love this picture of Dane and his Dad sitting outside at Dane's grandparents' house. Thursday, November 8, 2012. Nashville Birthday Weekend Update. I was super excited to meet my sister's officemate and friend Allison. She is very sweet and Beth loves sharing an office with her! She is also the friend of one of my friends from Duke. They went to Emory together for undergrad. Of course, mom and I hit up the mall for a brief shopping trip. Sunday, October 14, 2012. Wilmington/Wrightsville Beach weekend Oct 2012. Dane is on Fall Break aka "Fall Reading Period" at Duke Div. He has been super busy with midterms and needed a break. Thursday night after work he surprised me by saying, "guess what, we are going to the beach tomorrow! We have some wonderful gracious friends who offered to let us stay in their home for the weekend. We headed to the beach around 2pm. The weather was perfect. 70 and sunny! We headed back to Wilmington for dinner.
