This year Mimi treated us and it was awesome! Some Southern Fair Food. C2 entered his Lego Schoolhouse into the Lego Competition. He didn't win, but it was fun! Everyone enjoying a treat! That would be a deep fried Reeses. A really fun time! He took the ingredients you see below and blended them in my Vita-Mix blender.

Sons are a heritage from the Lord. Psalm 127:3. Wednesday, November 18, 2009. We took a lot of field trips in the month of November! It was busy, but lots of fun! One trip we went on was a trip to Masonboro Island. We took a boat over to the island and while we were there we participated in three different stations: crabbing, exploring the marsh, and identifying shells. Here are some highlights. Here are some of the things we did in April! C1 and Big C participated in TeenPact in Raleigh. It is an event designed to teach the children about government, as well as a Christian Worldview in politics. They had a wonderful time! We took the boys to the beach and to Fort Fisher Aquarium! During Spring Break we went to the Museum of Science.

It was a wonderful place full of all different and amazing creatures. The boys had a wonderful time! Here are some of the highlights. Capuchin monkey (they immediately recognized it from Night at the Museum! This pig just roamed the place and Jesse loved him. A llama, which Jesse immediately recognized from Diego! Sons are a heritage from the Lord. Psalm 127:3. Saturday, January 24, 2009. C1 competed in his first AWANA Bible Quiz Competition. He practiced with his team for a few months. It was a tough committment because it meant that he had to be at church from 4-7:45 for many weeks, during football season! He insists that I could learn them too, but we both know that is not true, he is just a sweetheart! These pictures show a few highlights of the morning, including his celebratory lunch afterward.
