NEW LOOK FOR THE COMMONS. There has been much discussion how to improve the general appearance of the units and manage the maintenance. The most recent update efforts has been focused on siding repairs and complete painting of the units. A new color was selected that would give a more modern appearance. The quality of paint assures a longer lasting cover. Here are some scenes of the work in progress. Old and new contrast.
