Kaycee's Creative Ramblings: February 2007
http://kayceesphotos.blogspot.com/2007_02_01_archive.html
Photography, art, literature and the meaning of life. Wednesday, February 28, 2007. My Retreat Perkins Cove. The winter weather woes continue here in Central New York State. We are suppose to get freezing rain and sleet tomorrow night. I hope and pray that the weather report is wrong and that we are spared from this next round of wintry weather. I am weary from all of this wintry mess. So, I try to cope with the situation. Of the waves, the smell the salt water and feel the sea breeze through my hair.

http://kayceesphotos.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Photography, art, literature and the meaning of life. Saturday, March 31, 2007. Daisies. They always make me smile. Gerbera. Daisies are like a dose of instant sunshine! The reddish-orange color of this Gerbera. Really makes it stand out. We are finally enjoying a sunny day here in Central. New York State. It is 50 degrees F (10 degrees C) here this afternoon. What an improvement. Hopefully, March will go out like a lamb. I just love the scent of spring in the air. Friday, March 30, 2007. Taking photos of...

Kaycee's Creative Ramblings: Ordinary Things
http://kayceesphotos.blogspot.com/2008/04/ordinary-things.html
Photography, art, literature and the meaning of life. Sunday, April 20, 2008. It has been a beautiful week here in Central New York State. The bright sunny days have been unseasonably warm with temperatures near 80 degrees F. The only drawback to this time of the year is that our growing season hasn't start yet. The crocuses and daffodils are in bloom, but that is about all. The trees are still bare and the tulips will bloom in May. Oh, I feel that I have so much to relearn about photography! Anna's Photo...

http://kayceesphotos.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
Photography, art, literature and the meaning of life. Thursday, April 26, 2007. Getting Out and About. Hopefully, I gained some inspiration by attending the local Baggs Square photography show last weekend. It was wonderful to see other photographers' work. I had many "aha" moments when I view the photographs of local scenes and areas of interest. For example, the same old building looked entirely different to me because of a lens a photographer chose to use. Tuesday, April 24, 2007. The photograph is ent...

Kaycee's Creative Ramblings: I'm Back!
http://kayceesphotos.blogspot.com/2008/04/im-back.html
Photography, art, literature and the meaning of life. Sunday, April 13, 2008. Sadly, I haven't had the energy. To post in my blog since the middle of January. I was in the hospital at the end of January with an infection in my neck. I am doing better now, but it seems that I am still trying to get my energy. I have been using some of the down time to get my photography equipment in order. I haven't been out and about with my camera since last fall. I really miss taking photos! April 13, 2008 at 2:18 PM.

Kaycee's Creative Ramblings: Take Time to Read
http://kayceesphotos.blogspot.com/2008/01/take-time-to-read.html
Photography, art, literature and the meaning of life. Thursday, January 17, 2008. Take Time to Read. I recently found a site that lets you list and review the books that you have read and then compare notes with others. The site is called Goodreads. And it is free to sign up. I have several friends who have joined me on that site and now we are able to get ideas about good books to read. I am hoping that a few more friends will join me, too. Currently, I am reading a book called. The People of the Book.

http://kayceesphotos.blogspot.com/2008/01/january-blues.html
Photography, art, literature and the meaning of life. Monday, January 7, 2008. Wintertime here in Central New York State is usually very cold, snowy, and extremely long. We had a bit of a "heat wave" today as the temperature climbed above 40 degrees F. It is supposed to be even warmer tomorrow. So, we are having a little January thaw. What a beautiful photo; has made me rethink the January Blues! January 8, 2008 at 12:37 PM. January 8, 2008 at 9:39 PM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Take Time to Read.
