This recipe can be done in a slow cooker or in the oven for more than 2 shanks. Place shanks on a rack with some water in the bottom of a roasting tray and cover with aluminium foil. 2 French-trimmed Lamb Shanks. Garlic cloves, 2 thinly sliced. Salt-reduced soy sauce, 2 tablespoons. 3-4 sprigs of Rosemary, finely chopped.
