Tuesday, May 21, 2013. It feels like Summer! After what feels like far too long of dark evenings, staying indoors, watching movies and going to bed at 9:00 pm we are finally seeing the long days of sunlight and warmth. Spring is here! Sure it has been here for a while but we are beyond the point of frost on the ground in the early morning and at least for this week have seen little rain. And another thing, we have new neighbors! Strawberry Shortcake with Mascarpone Whipped Cream with Honey and Lemon.
