Store your saffron airtight, away from light so it stays potent for a long time and you don't waste any. I have talked with a number of Chefs and they have all agreed that 1/2 tsp of saffron threads is the equivalent of 1/4 tsp of saffron powder. For each egg needed, place in blender:. 1 heaping tablespoon of whole organic flax seed, blend until it becomes a fine meal. Add 1/4 cup cold water blend 2-3 minutes until thickened and has the consistency of eggs. Each 1/4 cup of Flax seed mixture will replace one egg in baking. Before starting recipe for cookies, cake etc. Combine 1 tsp unflavored gelatin with 3 tblsp cold water and 2 tblsp plus 1 tsp boiling water. This mixture will substitute for 1 egg in a recipe. 1/4 cup soymilk in place of each egg.

Ingrédients (pour 12 muffins ) :. 280 g de farine. 1/2 sachet de levure chimique. 1 pincée de sel. 100 g de sucre en poudre. 1 sachet de sucre vanillé. 100 g de beurre fondu. 10 cl de lait. Beurre et farine pour le moule. Préchauffer votre four à 180 C. Dans un saladier, mélanger la farine, la levure chimique et le sel. Verser le beurre fondu sur ce mélange sans cesser de remuer puis ajouter le lait et le yaourt.
