Cheri's Hugs: November 2008
http://cherihugs.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. Ralph Waldo Emerson. Sunday, November 16, 2008. A few of memories of growing up. Sitting on his lap in the rocking chair when I had a bad dream. Planting tomatoes and cucumbers each year, filling the holes full of water before the tomatoes went in the dirt. Picking peaches and cherries. Doing the Saturday house cleaning when Mom was at work. My Dad was dedicated to his church calling wihich he held for 31 years!

Last Saturday Ashley and I took the kids to the zoo. We had a great time enjoying the nice weather. I like to see the cousins play together, even though it is not often. Warren and I feel very blessed to have the children, daughter-in-law, son-in-law, and grandchildren that we do. Of course I think they are the cutest kids in the whole world!

What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. Ralph Waldo Emerson. Thursday, November 19, 2009. On November 1, 2009, Norah Mei Marble was blessed by her daddy in church. I was especially honored because she wore my blessing dress that I wore 52 years ago, Aimee wore 30 years ago, and Kelli wore 29 years ago to be blessed in. What a sweet little angel she is! Welcomed to a family that loves her very much. Thursday, November 19, 2009. She is so darn cute!
