There are two swim seasons, Winter and Summer. Winter season begins in September and runs through early February. Summer season starts in April and runs through early July. Requirements for participation: between the ages of 6-18, must be able to swim the length of the pool without assistance. Late registrants are always welcome. Practices and home meets are hosted at Alan B. Shepard High School’s swim facility, located at 13049 S. Ridgeland Ave, Palos Heights, IL 60463. Or call (708) 280-4463.

Dual meets typically take place on Tuesday or Thursday night, either home or away. Dual Meets usually start at 6:30pm, swimmers must arrive by 5:45pm Coaches assign swimmers to specific races.
