I have been up since 5am took my son to work, if i had not i would probably just be getting up. Anyway i managed to get a card which i started yesterday finished being up so early :). Creating treats to eat and see. Pastry & Desserts. 100 g – chocolate (dark, milk, or white courveture). 100 g – heavy cream. 5 g – liquor (optional). Step 1 – Place chocolate in a heat safe bowl. Step 2 – Heat the cream just under a boil then pour over chocolate. Step 3 – Let sit a few minutes, then sir until glossy, flavoring liquor can be stirred in now. Let cool before use.
