It snowed in Louisiana! Just a little.Amanda enjoyed it and created beautiful snow angels on the trampoline. That is the only place the snow would stick : ). He didn't want a cake - just s'mores.so that's what we had! He received some really fun gifts. They all made him happy! Thanks for the yummy Pop-Tarts Grandma! He loves the Darth Vader Alarm Clock. He's excited to read his new book - The Candy Shop Wars. He even got a pocket knife - every boys dream : ). And some new socks. Aubri got a hair wand!

Elliott has been crawling and cruising along furniture for a while now, and can stand for several seconds without holding anything. He's got 7 teeth. Still eats a lot. I think he is always hungry! He can say ball (bah) and grandpa (pa-pa). He says da-da and ma-ma a lot, but it doesn't seem to be intentional yet. He can clap and wave. Here you can see his upper teeth.

Saturday, January 25, 2014. Since last weekend was a holiday weekend, we went to Katrina and David's parent's cabin up in Bellingham. We couldn't have asked for better weather. It was foggy in the morning but beautiful by the afternoon. We went on a lot of walks down the beach, explored forts, found starfish, shells and had an amazing time. We can't wait to go back! And it was so exciting to watch the Seahawks advance to the Superbowl. We had a nice BBQ meal amongst great friends. The long awaited night.
